Calling all Scholars… Get your Quills at the ready for “The Great Big Quiz” that is coming to The Quill and Scholar – we have arranged a number of different quiz nights with fun themes to ring the changes every month so keep your eyes peeled to our socials for more info on all we have planned.

We shall be hosting our next quiz night on Tuesday 17th December… “The Great Big Festive One,” so brush off your Christmas jumpers and join us for our big event to test your wits. We are offering some great prizes on the evening including a £100 gift card to use here at The Q&S plus others including a booby prize for last place. And don’t forget, Christmas jumpers for yourself and your furry friends are very much encouraged – in fact there will be a special prize awarded on the night for the best dressed (dogs included!)

The evening packed with festive fun will be hosted by Tom from Pineapple Events. Entry is £2 per person.

We all know that a good meal is best washed down with a bottle of wine or maybe a cold beer so why not take advantage of our bar menu that includes delicious snack plates such as Guinness Welsh rarebit or maybe a minute steak baguette with fries will take your fancy?

As normal, our quiz will kick off at 7.30pm so we recommend you arrive prior to 7pm to bag yourself the best spot in the house and get that food and drinks order in… we’ll have a dedicated quiz menu for you to enjoy!
